Question about chair massage or seated massage.?!
Question: I am looking for a seated massage instructional DVD.There a few out there.I need one that will instruct a beginner.Does anyone have experience with this,and what would you recommend?Please do not say take a course.I have been a massage therapist for 15 years,but am not familiar with seated massage which is different.Thanks.

You use your hands more than you would for a table massage. I've done corporate chair massage and charging $1 per minute doesn't seem like enough at the end of the day when your wrists and thumbs are aching so much. The most difficult part about learning chair massage is how to assemble the chair in a timely manner. My instructor used to time us. We could not pass the class unless we could unpack and set up the chair in 20 seconds or less!
Try @Peace Media. I've used their videos before and find this company very reliable for instructional DVD's and for music CD's.
Try contacting the school you went to for massage therapy. They will probably be able to refer you to the best instructional DVD for seated massage.
