Need help from person experienced with drying herbs and henna!?!

Question: Ok, I have two questions (No 'guess' answered, actual tried and tested methods)

A) How do you dry herbs for meditation, physic rituals etc. (eg. Lavender, basil)

B) Should you crush them with a motor and pestle or do you think they're more potent when they're just natural? (Potent as in powerful)

C) What plant has the leaves on it that you dry, grind up and make henna paste for tattoos with (Also, how do you dry them, grind them and mix them with water [Water to henna powder ratio])

Thanks, experienced answers only. xx

Lets see drying herbs in general can get pretty tricky but as far as rituals go i would say just dry them in the sun so they can be grounded with mother earth so that they are more potent for you rituals. As far as teas and meditation go your can put them in a meat and vegtable dryer (sorry the name of it just slip out of my mind "brain fart) but anyways i would do that so that they keep there minerals or you can just put the in a shaded stop and dry them it takes longer but way more effective. As far as grinding up herbs its really your call . I use the whole herb and i dont grind them up when i do my rituals or my baths but when i make tea for mediation i either grind them up and put them into tea bags (only usally when im giving them to someone else ) but other then that i use my tea pot with mesh infuser . I done exatly rember what lant or leaves to use for henna tattoos but i would google it

Blessed be !!!
