Question: make me feel realy sick and tired

Answers: make me feel realy sick and tired

Well taking something for a headache can certainly get rid of the headache, but finding out why you're getting them would be better. When you feel it coming, go somewhere quiet and dark. Put a warm compress where it hurts most.

Here are a few things that can cause or aggravate a headache:
Sugar, caffeine, chocolate, msg, food additives, hairspray, perfumes, strong scents and odours, lack of water, lack of food, lack of sleep, caffeine and sugar withdrawal, and stress.

Sugar and msg are the biggest culprits. eating a lot of sugar can lead to hypoglycemia, which intern can give you headaches when you don't get sugar.

Pay attention to when you get a headache. Keep a food journal. You may actually have allergies to foods or scents.

Take Headache medicine!!! Wild guess

excederin miagraine pills.

it helps with headaches too.

One way is to place your index finger on both sides of your temple and your middle finger just above it, and press very lightly for a few minutes. This should help with your headache. That is if you don't want to take Advil.

Try massaging your big toes on both feet.
I know this sounds silly, but in reflexology the toes are the head area.
It really works!

I know this sounds crazy, but i was waking up with headaches...allergies or sinus. I started using a neti pot in the morning after my shower. I no longer have the headaches. And, if I get a headache during the day...Exedrin Migraine is terrific.

Well, first of all you need to ensure that you are hydrating your body properly........... at least 2 litres of water per day is needed by the human body just to maintain aspiration (to breath)!! There are those that say you only need 4 or five glasses per day, but how about if you are dehydrating yourself by drinking coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol?? for each cup of coffee you drink the caffeine will trick your brain into thinking that it has plenty of water to spare and hence your body will excrete about 2 cups of water ~ putting you behind the 8 ball to start with.

Sodas and soft drinks are worse ~ for each can you drink your body will excrete up to 12 cups of water !! Scary hey!

Ever wake up in the morning, have your morning coffee or tea and get to work and just can't stop yawning?? That's because your body needs water to breath, transport nutrients all over your body, for our digestive tracts to work properly, to lubricate our joints effectively etc.etc.etc........ water ie ~ fresh filtered water, is the single most important thing you can focus on.

After all, the happiest and healthiest body is always going to be the most hydrated one?

Also, if you are lactose intolerant or a vegetarian then you really do need to supplement your diet with a multi B complex supplement ~ a deficiency in vitamin B3 (niacin) will produce negative personality changes in a person and will also produce headaches and migraines, diahorrea, depression, itching skin.

Make sure you buy a supplement including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best together.

Eat more FOODS rich in this vitamin ie ~ fish, lean meats, whole wheat products, brewer's yeast, liver, eggs, roasted peanuts, the white meat of poultry, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes ~ a handfull of steamed chicken does the trick for me when i have a cracking headache?

Niacin rich foods will also eliminate canker sores and often times bad breath too. it will give you healthier looking skin, increase circulation and reduce high blood pressure. It is necessary for a healthy nervous system and brain functions.

iburofen and Tylenol will do a fine job of ripping you off of your essential complex of B vitamins .............. hence, they may work to start with but fail to actually cure the cause and only serve to bandaid the symptoms.

The pure essential oil peppermint oil is also a fine way to eliminate a headache quickly. Simply put a few drops onto a cotton ball and inhale the aroma being carefull not to rub it on your skin as it will more than likely irritate it when placed directly onto your skin, so avoid that?

I truly do wish you all the very best of health & vitality buddy?

Have to get a good one - use the insurance website (even if you don't have insurance) not the yellow pages.
