I did quest and it made me want to smoke more. Try hebal cigs... for me personally I quit for good after listening to the final smoke program (the herbal pills they have were too strong for me but I am sensitive) along with a stop smoking hypnosis cd - you can prob get one at the library. Good luck!

I've never heard of quest step anything? Not being a smarty-pants, I'm clueless as to what these are. And I would love to quit smoking, but other than clove cigs, I don't know where to find herbal cigs that are of the "legal" kind of herbs!
Can't wait to find out what the answers are!
