How do I train myself to hate cigarettes? Please read.?!

Question: Withdrawal isnt the issue. I can quit cold turkey and go for months. I smoked, quit for 9 years, started again like an idiot for 6 months, quit for six, then started again about 2 months ago. It isn't craving that brings me back. Cigs are delicious. I want to quit but it seems like the best tools are anti-withdrawal like the patch, chantix, etc. Patch is fine but i never need it more than a few days. The issue, again, is that MONTHS later i miss smoking, but don't crave it. How do I train myself to hate them?
I prefer people with EXPERIENCE to answer this. Thanks

eat the cigarette butts every time you smoke one. works like a charm.

well i had this myself take the pills and ask your doctor

when i quit it was because my gf wrote things on each individual cigarette like CANCER and TUMORS and WHORE. Worked well but we are no longer seeing each other.

Go the the cancer unit in the hospital and sit there for a couple of days. Watch in detail how people suffer in terrible pain and their families and devastated. Then be there with the doctor when he tells the family that the patient only has X amount of time to live and watch their reaction.

Then pretend it's you doing that to your family.

Nutritional Body Cleansing... rid your body of the impurities and therefore the cravings.

Who knows, give it a shot. www.LiveItDontDiet.Isagenix.com

go to a hospital and check the patients who has chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or lung cancer and see how they feel. or better yet search for pictures of the lungs of the people who has this disorder. i think it might help a little bit
