GNC - colloidial silver

I like tea with lemon and honey, regular is good, or you can get a immune support or echinacea tea. Zinc is good as well. Some herbs and zinc losenges should not be used for a long period of time, the packages will tell you that.

I also use collidal silver and so far have not turned blue, but only use it a few times per week. It can be expensive to buy and so I make it myself instead with .9999 pure silver in water with a current. You can find out more about it by googling Bob Beck Protocol. There is also ozone water I havent tried it yet though. More links below. Good luck!

grapefruit seed extract is good, its GSE at health food stores. or collodial silver.
