This may sound funny, but hear me out- I worked in a health food store for 4 years and this is some of the info I've learned from that. Soya products mimic the action of oestrogen in your body (which is why you find soya and soya isoflavones in lots of natural menopause treatments). Since oestrogen is one of the hormones that makes your breasts grow, upping your soya intake can lead to breast enlargement. There was one transexual guy who would always come into our store to buy soya products, and he said it helped his breasts grow naturally. Some men who become strict vegetarians or vegans find that they get slight "man boobs" because they start eating lots of soya.

Just for a more personal example: I'm a vegetarian who eats lots of soy and tofu, and my breasts are 36E (my mum is a 34B, so I obviously didn't get it from her!)
