It work's. As Aromatherapy. if it didn't the word would be a joke.

To the extent that some illnesses are helped by any treatment at all (the placebo effect) homeopathy could be useful but there is no scientific basis for it and the medical profession do not endorse it.

Homeopathy is nothing more than water, anyone making any claims to the contrary are wrong. The "active ingredient" in a Homeopathic solution is diluted to the point that there is almost a zero probability that there will be a molecule of the substance in the solution. There have been claims that the water retains the "vibrations" of the molecules that were diluted into it, but there is no evidence of any of this. Homeopathy has the same ethicacy as a placebo.

Apart from this it also relies on a theory that has been disproven. Homeopathy postulates that the body will not be able to allow more than one substance to react in the body that causes the same symptoms. This is not true. Anyway you look at it, it does not work.
