Does cocaine or snorting sleeping pills really make your nose smaller?!
Question: Make your nose smaller? no. Umm well the pills would just make you get congested most likely. The coke could slowly eat away at the inside of your nose. It wouldnt make it smaller or show from the outside but after alot of cocaine use could eat a hole thru your septum ( the inner center part of your nose) making it harder to breath.

Edit: If when you say you used to do it you mean you don't anymore, that's great. I too used to do a lot of coke and other things. My nose seems OK. My doctor said he could see some damage, but nothing major. I plan on keeping it that way.

haha.. no... it can create holes in your septum.. .and cause terrible sinus infections... but... no, if anything, it makes it bigger by eating away all of the interior lining.

I don't know about the sleeping pills, but doing coke cause problems with the nose. It doesn't get smaller, it rots from the inside.
No, from what I've seen from people that I know have that problem, their nostril's are actually, really big. I think it like eats away at your skin making the holes bigger.
no, they don't make your nose smaller. but they can rot the insides of your nose and wear it down so that you get a runny nose all the time.
Definitely not a smart way to go if all your looking for is a change in the size of your nose. The end result from abuse of either thing is just not pretty...look at Amy Winehouse if you doubt what it really looks like to abuse substances like that.
