Lexapro overdose?!

Question: I took about 40 MG of Lexapro about 6 hours ago, I called Poison Control, and they told me to go to the Emergency Room, but I really can't. They didn't give me any helpful information.... I just would like to know, is the amount i took safe to go to sleep on?
