How can I get rid of FACIAL REDNESS naturally????!

It REALLY bothers me alot. Has ruined my self esteem .I have redness and inflamation on nose and cheeks (with some small visible veins on my nose). It always feels hot and gets worse with stress, some foods (spicy, sweet, dairy), and most of all: with heat.
I am 18/male and had this problem for 4 years.. Gets worse every year. Im sick of it and want to get to the bottom of it. I've tried everything that can be offered by western doctors.. Metrogel, antibiotics, so on.. NOTHING has helped, just aggravated it. It has been steadily getting worse every year, and now is 100% permanent, and gets worse with any of the triggers.
As far as alternative medicine, I have tried Accupuncture and ayurveda. NO RESULTS! What do you think would be the best thing to do to GET rid of this! I can't stand it anymore!!! Im so self concious about it. I need to stop it b4 college.

Skip the dermatologist. They will just prescribe synthetic drugs that won't help your Rosacea.
