This question is about mdma and taking antipsychotic meds, please help?!

Question: I been taking E for a while and i have a therapist that is prescribing me seraquil, its an antipsychotic, and i was wondering if this will in anyway mess up my rolling like how anti depressants do with rolls, i stopped taking paxil because it wouldnt let me roll anymore, after like a week my roll came back, will a antipsychotic do the same? the doctor doesnt really know much about E, so i cant ask him

The likelihood that your psychosis is increased by the ecstasy is pretty good. It tends to interfere with the dopamine in your brain which is what ecstasy interacts with. So in short, yes it does. How do you know that your doc doesn't know much about ecstasy? He is trained to know most drugs, especially one that may be dangerous, so he would be a great resource to ask about the E.

umm wtf? ecstasy is really bad for you especially if you have psychological problems. you should be worrying about your health physical and mental and how the ex will affect that not about your needed meds messing up your roll.

Seroquel sucks. I only take it when I absolutely have to. I hate it, makes me sleep and wake up groggy. I wasn't aware that E stood for Ecstasy, if that's the case then you have a much more serious issue to deal with BEFORE getting on any meds.

Does E stand for Ecstasy?? Does rolling mean getting on a high?? If so then i can't understand why you are taking an antipsychotic as the E would likely be causing your symptoms ............ if your Doc is unaware of your "E" usage then he has more than likely prescribed you antipsychotic medication based on the symptoms that taking ecstasy will produce ? You need to tell your Doc about the "E" otherwise the combination, side affects from both could very well cause a lot more problems than you'd bargained for ?

This is serious buddy .......... you are playing Russian Roulette with your health taking the e in the first place let alone combining it with an antipsychotic that you may not even need.

There is a list of contraindications here: http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/mdma/mdm...

I don't see Seroquel on the list so you might be able to take both. I wouldn't risk it though.
