I buy a product called "Emergen-C". It's an effervescent vitamin C that tastes like raspberries. You can find it at your local drug store. (I get mine at Walgreens).

You should not use effervescent Vitamin C or chewable Vitamin C.

Vitamin C is asorbic acid and eats into your tooth enamel.
