What is the best and/or fastest way to clear up nasal conjestion?!
Question: These are all good answers except see the doctor. They just want to put you on antibiotics that just wont do any good here. The Mayo clinic did a study in 1998 and found 95% of sinus problems are fungle related. Antibiotics wont work on fungus.
Ive tried every sinus spray there is and found only one that helps some. Vicks sinex fine spray Make sure you get the fine spray not 12hr spray.
Vaporizers dont help me either.

Steam. Boil some water and stand over it and breathe for a few minutes.
Also, natural saline nasal spray. It keeps the nasal passages moist and helps with breathing.
Have you heard of a Neti Pot? It's very ancient. I have one.
You can buy it at a health food store. Just ask for a Neti pot. They know what it is. Then go on line or maybe someone can tell you how to use it. It's looks like a miniature tea pot. You put room temp water with 1/4tsp of table salt. and rinse your nose with it. I love it. I use it all the time, actually.

Claritin-D, a vaporizer, and lotsa fluids. see your doctor if the symptoms persist.
Neti pot with warm water and a fine grade salt.
drink lots of water.
Massage points of face for sinus.
stop all dairy and wheat for awhile.
eat whatever hottest Cayenne pepper you can. Take it is capsules or drink it in a lemon, water mixture.
humidity in air(steam) rub vics on chest, eat some thing with horseradish in it, the old standard of chicken soup(its the vapors) hot teas, mentho-lyptus cough drops
