Question: No it is not. You really cant take anything while you are pregnant except 325mg of Tylenol. If you have allergies i would suggest getting a neti pot. Which is a small tea pot looking device which u put warm water and the solution in and stick it up one nostril and wait for it to come out the other nostril. It helps clear out you sinus

I WOULD CHECK WITH MY OB DOCK. THERE MAY BE SOMETHING ELSE HE OR SHE COULD GIVE YOU. USUALLY THE FIRST 3 MONTHS THEY DON'T LIKE TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A OB DR. GO TO THE HEALTH DEPT. A NURSE PRAC. MIGHT RECOMMEND SOMETHING. NEVER HURTS TO ASK. GOOD LUCK
