How is optimum health acheived?!
Question: How is optimum health acheived?
i mean in every sense, body and spirit....
i am slightly overweight and wouldnt mind losing a few pounds but its more than that. i would rather be stronger/fitter than skinnier. i would also like to feel my mind work at greater capacity, i am currently in college and feeling stupid as well(returning to school at 31 years old). my mind aint working great either. also i feel like i may be getting depressed... again. i hike about 12 miles of trails a week and eat mostly organic foods.
how do you suppose is the best way optimum health could be achieved. i am not looking for a quick fix but a change to my life that is do-able. fully integrated.

You have to follow the limit and method in five important actions in your day to life:
1.Food- simple digestible food not more or less and timely.
2.Work- Physical work is also required.
3.Rest- Proper rest both physical & mental.
4 Sex- If you enjoyed the next day you should not feel tired burning of eyes & body pain.
5.Thought-Good one and function normal.
Symple exercise,Meditation & Inrospection of mind is very helpfull to achieve the aims.
