Lots of apple juice. The malic acid in the juice softens the stones. Add olive oil to your diet. Two tablespoons a day. If you can't take it straight, add to a salad at dinner. These two things together are the safest way since you are breastfeeding.

never heard of anything that worked and you don't want them moving anywhere because if they do move, it will be into the ducts to your pancreas and you will get very sick. pancreatitus is nothing to laugh at. when I had gallstone surgery, one took off on its own and into bile dict. I peed the color of cola, turned yellow and thought I was dying. They went through my stomach to retrieve it and I am glad I won't have to repeat that again. Funny thing was, for all the pain and aggravation, I expected huge rocks but my gall stones were the size of rice grains and smaller.

What makes you think you have gall stones?

Essentially, Gall stones are not a clinically relevant issue unless (as was posted by someone else) they move from the gall bladder and block your bile or pancreatic ducts, in which case, immediate medical care is necessary.

Many people have asymptomatic gall stones which are only discovered on x-ray (calcified) or incidentally during another surgery. I wouldn't get too worried about it, and if you REALLY want to get rid of them, then there are some flushes floating around that you could try once you are done breastfeeding.

This is what I took when my gallbladder started acting up. I also radically changed my diet. I am not sure if this is good for pregnant women, but heres some info:
