Try eating a bowl of steamed bok choy, broccolli, capsicum, kale, swiss chard or collard greens......... you choose the mix, but you get my drift?? Leafy and green vegies are full of folic acid and also rich in B vitamins and this may be just the tonic you need to counter the affects of the allergy medication ..... more than likely the allergy meds are robbing you of your essential B and C vitamins, which are water soluble ........... so squeeze some lemon or lime juice over the top of your vegies and add some salmon or tuna ........... which will help in the assimilation of the B vitamins as they are rich in calcium and vitamin D ?

Or you could take a multi B complex tablet including all the B's ie: B1, B2 B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best synergistically (together)........... do not buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually unless under specific instructions from a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath.

hey, it works for me ..... try it mate ?

CHEERS
?

Thanx buddy !! Thanx so much for the feed back too... :0)

have a great day.... :0)

cheers Report It

  • Welllll.... going off my knowledge of drunkenness... if you're drunk and you drink a Redbull, it doesn't counteract the dizziness but it definitely wakes you up. So logically, same result, right?

Try Redbull.....it will sure wake you up 0-0
