Is there any reason someone should NOT take Coq10?!

Question: You should not take CoQ10 if you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypotension (low blood pressure), or if you experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, easy bruising, or any other unusual symptoms. Stop immediately if symptoms occur. Hypoxia (oxygen deprivation to tissues, organs) has been reported in people using CoQ10 and participating in vigorous aerobic activity. It is generally regarded as safe and there is somewhat good evidence suggesting it has a small but real effect on hypertension (high blood pressure) but dosing is not standardized and evidence for treatment of other diseases is weak, at best. It has not been carefully studied in children under the age of 18
