Increasing adderall effects?!?!
Question: does anyone know of any ways to increase the effect of my adderall? i take it for my adhd and have been on it for a while. recently its felt weaker, i guess ive developed a tolerance? but before i went about increasing the dosage with my dr. i was wondering if there was anything such as OTC medications or foods that might help heighten the effects?
any personal tips or just things known to help would be very appreciated... thanks!

OJ actually decreases the uptake of adderall (decreases the effect of it).
i always find if I take it with Orange Juice, I'll feel it a little more because I have also grown a tolerance!
Don't take it with anything that has citric acid in it especially orange juice.
Also, I heard that magnesium helps to keep your tolerance from going up.
Sometimes, if you're tolerance is really high, you may want to take a few days off. That may help to reset the tolerance.
