Adrenal Fatigue, do you know of any homebased remedies?!

Question: Was just reading about "adrenal fatigue" or "adrenal burnout" and was wondering what can be done to treat it. Also wondering what is good that one might easily find around the house or at a health food shop? Thanks in advance, Tereka

Some of the common causes that contribute to adrenal exhaustion are continued stress, poor diet, over-consumption of sugar and refined carbohydrates, overuse of caffeine, alcohol, drugs, nicotine, and vitamin B and C deficiencies. Unfortunately, the body reacts the same way to both real and imagined threats. For instance, unrelieved worrying about losing your job can cause the same over-taxing of the adrenals and the resultant suppression of the immune system as actually losing your job.

Have a look at this link buddy, it may just have the guidance you need ~

Take a multi B complex supplement on a daily basis...... to help you body deal with daily stress of just everyday living. The B complex of vitamins is needed to support a healthy nervous, immune and digestive system and will help you enormously in dealing with stress.

They are a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them, therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the side affects.

When we are placed under added stress such as work responsibilities, relationship dramas, new house, sickness, school studies .... just daily living really... the first group of vitamins to be used up will be the B complex and in these situations we need to adjust our intake accordingly...... simply take another B complex tablet when you are stressed, as they are water soluble any excess that your body doesn't need will simply be excreted in your urine..... the B complex relies on calcium and vitamin D to be effectively assimilated so if you aren't getting enough calcium and vitamin D naturally take a calcium supplement containing vitamin D3 or simply eat more foods rich in both such as salmon and tuna .... getting enough vitamin D on a daily basis can be as simple as getting 10 - 15 minutes of safe sun exposure.

Get a supplement that includes all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they all work synergistically (as a group).
Don't buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole group unless instructed to do so by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath.

If you are having trouble digesting your tablets go get yourself some organic apple cider vinegar and put 2 tablespoons full into a glass, mix up and drink up........ the apple cider vinegar will increase the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and aid in digestion. Ensure you buy organic as the commercial varieties have had way too much of the goodness taken out of them to be used therapeutically. ........ also ensure that you shake well before using to disperse the mother (active ingredient) throughout and that you drink it through a straw to protect the enamel on your teeth ?

Eat more foods rich in magnesium ~ magnesium is known as the antistress mineral and will help you deal with stressy situations and just the daily grind of life better.

foods rich in magnesium are ~ leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds, wholegrain cereals and breads and cold water fishes such as tuna, sardines, salmon and whiting........... the EFA's (essential fatty acids) in the cold water fishes do a brilliant job for me for equalising my moods and stress levels, i try to eat some description of fish each day..... but each person is different and you need to find your own level.

Magnesium is needed in the body for healthy nerve and muscle functioning and of course for heart health. Foods rich in magnesium will also aide in eliminating constipation by increasing the production of hydrochloric acid in the tummy and thus assisting in digestion............ magnesium will also cure an acid tummy.

take care of you ?

CHEERS
?

ive been taking an all natural product that helps with adrenal fatigue. I had a problem with fatigue myself and it does wonders for me for more information go to mychaga.com/gfm2

The biggest issue is dealing with stress and cutting out eating the things(like sugar and caffeine) that cause adrenal fatigue- I wouldn't look for an herb I would look into meditation.

I take a B complex that really seems to work but the best thing is to find the cause of it. Its tough to turn off the stress that causes it but it is best if you can find some way.

What makes you think you have "adrenal fatigue"??
This is not a recognized medical condition.
Don't listen to some quack website that is trying to sell you on their quack potion to "cure" something that doesn't exist in the first place.

Sorry...there is no such thing as "adrenal fatigue". It's just another scam condition to get your money.
