don't worry. please, take natrum mur 6x - 4 t.d.s. daily. and natrum mur 200 4 t.d.s. weekly one day. available in any local homoeopathy store.

when i was having trouble sleeping the doctor gave me valium....worked VERY well lol althought i had to take afew days off because of the side effects like dizzy feeling xx

the only pill is 'work hard' (both physical as well as mental) whole day and meditation.

You can't have sleep wel there is lot of causes.
1. You may have some tention. You have to face every things with tention life is like meal without salt.
2. You may cheating somebady. One thing i wnant to suggest you please do cheat anybady.

If you wanted deep sleep think positive and be helpfull. and give your few time to some needfull people or children.

there is only one answer to this question. go and meet some doctor or psychiatrist.

you are suffering from depressive disorder. you need help of doctor. don't try any sleeping pill. try to find out solutions to your problems. treat the cause not the symptoms take help of your friend or share with us. but DON'T TRY SLEEPING PILLS WITHOUT CONSULTING DOCTOR.

go lay down! relax,cover your eyes,ear plugs,warm milk does work sometimes.in time u will sleep.no amount of pills work they cause more problems.my doc. has tried just about everything with me,just try to relax, in time it will happen. ( sweet dreams)

Sleeping pills are usually addictive... you need to figure out the underlying problem.

DON'T get addicted to sleeping pills of any kind. If you have stress situations you need to deal with the cause!
Try pushups, situps and red wine - that works best. Non-addicting too! (Unless you get addicted to looking great in the mirror and fitting into your clothes!)

Take a couple shots of whiskey. That will make you sleep. Any good sleeping pill, a doctor will have to prescribe. If you need help sleeping right now, thats the quickest way.

Since your question is posted in Alternative Medicine, it doesn't make sense to me that you're getting advice on prescription sleeping drugs, which mess up your body in the long run.

On a short term basis, try melatonin (tea or capsules). Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by your body that signals your body to "wind down" and sleep. Taking a bath is relaxing and helps your body get the idea when it starts cooling down afterwards.

You should also look over your bedtime routine. Turn off or down bright lights and get off the computer at least 1/2 hour before you go to bed. The lower light is a signal for your body to wind down for sleep.

Avoid eating heavily or exercising several hours before going to sleep. Taking a nice 30 to 30 minute walk is therapeutic on a mental and physical level.

These things need to be done on a regular basis, not just once!

Anyway, the basic things that really affect sleep are nutrition, regular physical activity and stress management.
