Do you drink ACV (apple cider vinegar)?!

Question: I heard it's good for things like acne, weight loss, dandruff, etc. Just wondering who out there actually uses this in their daily routine, and if it works.

Also, is the kind you can buy at the grocery store good enough, or do you need to get it from a special place?

Organic apple cider vinegar does really work and is very good for you!! It will give your skin a healthy fresh glow owing to its ability to aid in digestion and get everything running smoothly ?

Go and get yourself some organic apple cider vinegar, any good health food store should be able to help you ~ Braggs is a good quality brand. put 2 tablespoons into a mug and fill with water, mix it up and drink through a straw (to protect the enamel on your teeth) ............ this will encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and aid in digestion of your meals thus also helping with constipation. It will also cure an acid tummy by increasing digestion and realkalising your tummy.

Apple cider vinegar will eliminate heart burn and acid reflux symptoms also........ have two mugs if you have to. All natural ingredients, no chemicals or rubbish to upset sensitive little bodies in organic apple cider vinegar either.

oh, please ensure that you buy organic as the commercial varieties have had so much goodness taken from them that they could really never possibly be used for therapeutic purposes ........ ?

Shake the bottle well too so that the Mother (active ingredient) in it is well dispersed throughout the ACV?

I put 2 tablespoons full into a mug with water each morning and night and drink it with my vitamins as i have low stomach acid and it encourages the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy ......... no point taking vitamins if i can't digest them ?

take care of you ?

CHEERS

You get it in the grocery store near the other vinegars. My sister takes a teaspoon or so a day. She swears by it.

any grocery store walmart kroger next to the vinegars. sure

It's like a medicine, drink it, however, not too much. And you may dilute it with good water. It should be good quality.

It's healthier to use than normal vinegar. It is a strong antioxidant.

,I drink it occasionally only a tablespoon with water for weight loss, it works.I just buy the regular kind but there is a organic version of ACV that is supposed to be better

I do mine religiously everyday. It does help with everything. Usually every store carries organic acv---ask for Bragg---it has the mother in it Mother=best part of it, immune strengthening stuff---look it up on the internet. It does really work. My whole office has been doing it everyday for the last 4 months---it tastes nasty, but you will feel great and hardly ever get sick. Take a shot of it and follow it down with apple juice---that's the best way to coverup the taste---good luck!

I drink it occasionally for a mild cleansing diluted in water (after eating lots of junk food). I also use it as a hair conditioner occasionally, also diluted in water. What I noticed is, that it de-tangles my hair ( i never had dandruff, so I don't know anything about that.) I buy (is it Heinz?) or store brand. It costs $1.39 for a liter bottle.

Ive never heard of it! I should try it :)

i don't know about drinking it, but i use it as a facial toner (1tbsp ACV, 8 oz. purified water, 10 drops tea tree essential oil). i also use it as a hair rinse.
