Anyone used acupuncture to treat anxiety?!


Question: I'm considering it at the moment. Have tried tablets and counselling but they didn't really help, so was thinking of trying something different. I realise that it's different for everyone, but has anyone tried it - did you find it helpful? Also, I've been quoted
