I used it last year and was very pleased with the results. I never looked at what "was coming out" - didn't need to know!

Colonic is just the new name for an enema which is fine if you really want to risk rupturing your intestines. The human body does not need to be detoxified as it can do that itself and does frequently unless you don't eat enough fibrous foods. Quit now while you still have your health.
