What are some good methods of eliminating toxins from your body?!


Question: 1. Take Chlorella (an algae, it takes out metal toxins like from tuna)
2. Drink tea
3. Drink filtered water (reverse osmosis works to get out fluroride) and lots of it daily.
4. Eat organic foods and reduce exposures to pestacides, and so on.
5. Skip the sugar and not so good carbs.
6. Fiber up. Lots of fruits, veggies, grains or extra fiber.
7. Breath deeply...do things like yoga or deep breathing.
8. Workout until you work up a sweat daily.
9. Sweat it out in saunas (but I don't like them,they're too hot for me). This is iffy.
10. jump on a trampoline or do jumping jacks or jump rope or something that gets the sluggish lymph nodes moving.
11. Lemons lemons lemons put them in your water or juice with them, put them in your tea or iced tea they detox
12. Detoxes liver and organs: artichoke hearts and asparagus keeps the body's PH in balance eat 2x or more per week!
13. herbal supplements: MILK THISTLE (CAN BE FOUND IN DETOX TEA as well), Dandelion all detox liver and organs of heavy metals and assorted things.
14. No weird sweeteners, try STevia for awhile. Avoid soy (it's a processed food), and try either raw, organic milk or switch to organic rice milk for awhile.
15. Zinc and Magnesium. I would get a calcium/zinc/magnesium supplement. Get up to 50mgs of zinc per day, 750 of magnesium and over 1000 calcium per day.
16. I've heard of clay (you can put it on the body) or I'm not sure if you can take it somehow...they also have charcoal people can take (but ewww) they give this to people who've overdosed on prescription meds. You can google it.
17. Deep massages, you can professionally get it done to get the lymph nodes drained and moving!
18. Enemas (but I'm not into that)..but people do it.
19. Sit in a tub full of epsom (magnesium) salts. Or my suggestion what I like to do: go find a resort spa with hot springs tubs : they are very detoxing/healing.

Well, you can get a general system cleanser (available in most health stores), drink more water, exercise more (especially exercises that make you sweat), add fiber to your diet, and/or take products to support the health of your Liver (like Milk Thistle, Dandelion, TMG, or several others). Any combination of those can be beneficial. Good luck!
