My mother always had a glass in the fridge that contained 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey and topped with water. She would take 2 sips each time she walked past the fridge. She died recently at the age of 98 and rarely had a cold in her life. Obviously use warm water to start so that the honey dissolves.

It doesn't cure colds directly. But it can improve your overall health and immune system so you will have fewer colds and less severe colds.
Vitamin C 2grams each day Vit. E about 200 mgs. a day will help also.
Sugar like soda pop and sugar cereals, etc. will tare down your immune system

It can't kill the cold virus so no it doesn't cure colds. Useless home remedy.
