Question: I have purchased both L-phehylalanine and L-Tyrosine. I now read that the L-Phenalyanine converts to tyrosine. Is there any reason to take the first in that case?

They have different uses and not all phenylalanine is converted. If you eat a balanced diet there is no need for you to be taking these supplements anyway. :-)

Phenylalanine
