Is Pure Honey ..........?!

Question: And Natural Honey the same ??

Answers: And Natural Honey the same ??

I had my own hives for years and collected and sold honey.
There is two ways to process honey; One is heated like pasturizing. The other is extracted then bottled. Nothing is added or taken away from either process.
The darker the honey the more richer it is, It is sure healther than bleached (refined sugar.)

Probably not, but who knows?

"Pure honey" indicates that nothing has been added to the honey but doesn't tell you how the honey is made. Some producers want a fast way to produce honey and feed their bees sugar water. It's sugar honey and has none of the properties of real flower honey. Moreover it is insane to feed bees refined sugar, when we know that it is practically a poison for people.

"Natural honey" says nothing really. All honey is natural in the sense that it is produced "naturally" by bees - and not artificially in a factory. But again, it doesn't tell you what the bees were fed.

Maybe you find more info on the jar - like "Pure lavender honey" or "Natural pine honey" and perhaps some percentages.

All the best!

I think they are basically they same. Most honey that you see at the grocery store will claim to be pure and natural. It has been filtered and heated. They don't usually add sugar--honey has plenty of its own sugars--but sometimes they will feed the bees sugar water or water mixed with high-fructose corn syrup. Raw honey, though, is different. Raw honey means nothing has been done to it, and the honey goes straight from the hive to the bottle.

They probably are the same thing.

With honey you want to look for two things: "Raw" (a lot of honey is heated to over 150 during processing, and this can kill a lot of the beneficial enzymes.) and "Local." The greatest health benefits (especially regarding allergies) will be obtained from honey from your area.

Pure honey is all natural. The main thing you want to be sure of is that it is not FILTERED. Strained yes. Not Pasteurized. and with NOTHING added. Buy from a registered beekeeper and avoid grocery store brands.

Pure honey wouldn't taste good. Even natural honey ha sugar in it. They are not the same thing.
