Nestle pure life water? do you think it's a good brand?!

Question: it has added minerals for "taste", and it's the cheapest

Answers: it has added minerals for "taste", and it's the cheapest

Its fine. They use tap water and put it though a Reverse Osmosis treatment. Because the RO strips all the minerals out, they have to add minerals because distilled water is actually bad for you.

-Truth..Research? No water strait from a RO is not good for you. 1st using purified water can be dangerous because of the rapid loss of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride) and trace minerals like magnesium, deficiencies of which can cause heart beat irregularities and high blood pressure.
Do U even know how osmosis works? Its a natural process where protons/neutrons seek balance. If you drink distilled water than Osmosis takes place in your Stomach. The distilled water pulls in Nutrients from your body such as Calcium and then you just piss them out. Purified water tends to be acidic and can only be recommended as a way of drawing poisons out of the body. Once this is accomplished, the continued drinking of purified water is a bad idea.

A lot of bottled water comes from public water supplies and is not as healthy as people think. Most people think that bottled drinking water comes from some clear mountain lake, but most of them do not. Try investigating where the brand you prefer comes from.

Yes it is a good brand because it is purified by Reverse osmosis.
Read the fin print on the bottle and if it is distilled or Reverse Osmosis processed it is healthy. only about 30% of bottle water qualifies.
Removing the mineral is no big deal because we git our minerals from good uncooked food like vegis and fruits.

no hate it

Added minerals aren't just for taste. The added minerals in the water are good for you! Water naturally has minerals in it that make it good for you, but they're filtered out during purification, that's why they add minerals. Personally, I love Nestle Pure Life water. It doesn't have the all to common "after taste."

No... thats really not the way to go if you want great water. Have you ever heard of an Aqua Optimizer? They are amazing, talk bout great water.
