Question: and my feet too...it will prevent wrinklses

Answers: and my feet too...it will prevent wrinklses

That would work, but it isn't the best or cleanest way to do that. Just use regular lotion (all natural is best - aloe vera, low oils, low additives, etc) and wear cotton gloves/ socks at bed. You could wear plastic gloves, but really all that does is keep in the moisture. Cotton gloves/ socks let your body release toxins and help the lotion seep in to your skin. Wrinkles are going to happen due to stretching of the skin, sun exposure, and time. There is no miracle cure for wrinkles.

I suppose. But I'll tell you what, Crisco is made for frying or baking, not for being absorbed by the skin.

Please, the stores are full of assorted creams/lotions for dry, cracked skin. It won't prevent wrinkles if you are thinking of putting it on your face. Your face needs special creams with lanolin in them. Begin young to apply them and do stay out of the sun and tanning booths. That is the only way to stave off wrinkles until you have finally earned them late in life.

I'll tell you what!!! Cural makes a wonderful foot cream with a very nice fragrance. Comes in a blue tube. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FOR THE FEET and, would you believe, a tiny bit goes a long way on the hands. TALK ABOUT SMOOTH!!!

If your hands are just awful (like you used a strong cleaning solution), rub your hands with Vaseline and put on cotton gloves overnight. That will help quite quickly.

I am an RN

the first answer is correct, except for this nonsense:
"let your body release toxins "
You do NOT "release toxins" through your skin.
That's what your liver and kidneys do.

You can use a heavy moisturizer like shortening, or a cream/lotion meant for your hands. It won't PREVENT wrinkles, but it will keep them hydrated, which makes them look better for a while.

You must be single, because no girl with a boyfriend would go to bed with Crisco on her body.

I wish Crisco prevented wrinkles. If it did, don't you think every department store cosmetic department would sell it?

I think if you used any lotion and wrapped plastic around your body parts you would have same affect. Olive oil or almond oil works well too and smells better. Plus you can use it in your hair.

It would be difficult to wipe, though.

Temporarily its ok.For long run better rub cremes, best is fresh butter or Ghee n aloevera.

Just by a good lotion, it will work better, and less mess.
