Is there a way to lower cholesterol naturally ? Herbs or Homeopathy Medicine.?!


Question: Even medical doc's agree that eating a diet high in whole grains will lower cholesterol.
it is best to eat the old fashion cooked cereals and not the instant.
oatmeal is great for you it is the oat bran that is in it that does it so you could just make the oat bran cereal.

also all bran has the same fibre as Metamucil in it
grape nuts also is good.
try to stay away from white flour /white rice / and white sugar
eating things that are made from whole grains are best.
eat fruits and veggies lots of them.

try to avoid red meats

red wine (1 glass a day) is also good
blue berries/ raspberries/ strawberries are very good for you.
you can get the frozen ones make sure you read the label to make sure that they did not add anything

All you need to do is eat 2 or 3 tablespoonfulls of oat bran per day. You can bake oat bran muffins (not oat meal but oat BRAN - Oat meal doesn't work) and eat 3 or 4 of those a day during 8 weeks.

I have tested it myself. The muffins taste quite OK at breakfast for example and the cholesterol level drops quite a lot.

Excellent cure for those people who eat very healthy food normally anyway (like me) but are told by their MD that their cholesterol level is genetically conditioned and that they can't reduce it by changing their diet.

One of the most effective that I know of, based on Natural Medicine, is the use of egg plant (beringelas em portugues)
slicing it submerge in plain clean water, and keep overnight. Drink the water in regular bases, and still use the egg plant as you like it (avoid frying, or mixing dairy products,which be themselves will INCREASE CHOLESTEROL. Another way, I found by accident was to do the SACRED HEART DIET, which melted away 40 lbs in 6 months, and dropped my cholesterol to 77 (from 150).You will find some sites bad talking about this diet, but in my home alone, we all tried and it worked. ill say it again alternative medicine is BS go to a doc and get some pharms that have been tested and proven effective
