Here are several ways to treat hemerrhids: a warm or cool sitz bath(letting the area soak in a small amount of water, patting the area, and wiping from front to back, using a peri bottle can assist with the discomfort and also tucks wipes that you can buy over the counter.

Yes, absolutely. Go to your chemist and ask. They have creams which are effective and that you can buy over the counter.

Yes, Just get some Preparation- H, it is a topical cream. The start taking a good brand of Fish oil to stay loose and be more healthy over all.

Anusol suppositories and cream.
Eat lots of vegs and wholemeal bread-Porridge for breakfast etc to keep your faeces soft.

I make a healing salve that people love for hemorrhoids among other things. I do not have them myself so I do not have 1st hand experience.
I am not trying to sell you anything here you can make your own salve.
I teach herbolagy for a college here and teach people to make salves.
I use a olive oil and bees wax base.
Look up what herbs are good for healing hemorrhoids and put them in a quart jar of olive oil . I cook them on very low heat in a water bath for 72 hours then strain and add 3 to 4 oz of olive oil into hot oil depending on how thick you want it.
Shake it up and pore into small jars to cool.
