put a hot pad on your head and lay down in bed w/ TONZ 'o' blankets covering you up then sweat out the sickness. it really does help. (you can fal asleep 2 iif u want)

My mum had a real bad cough and cold like two days before her surgery, she needed to get rid of it otherwise they wouldnt let her have the surgery and my brother boiled in a pan, HONEY, LIME, LEMON, GINGER AND WATER and made a drink, she drank it, it tasted nasty but everything was gone before her surgery so she swears by it. it was real nasty my brothers were daring eachother to drink it.

Actually, there is no cure for the common cold, although, what really works is to take garlic pills (helps fight bacteria and infections)....also 2 tablespoons of vinegar (any kind) with alittle water to wash it down. If you take both of those everyday, you will never get a cold. It really works. My whole family takes both and we never get sick. My mom never went to the hospital except to have kids and she is now 85 years old.
