Has anyone used Turmeric?!

Question: It is supposed to have many health benefits. Has anyone ever used it and if so, did you see or feel any results? Also, is there a good way to take it? I was told to mix 1 tsp. with warm water and drink it but it tastes pretty horrible.

Yes, Turmeric is very good for Liver health, Gastrointestinal health, and it's a very good antioxidant. We've got thousands of customers that use it on a regular basis for the health of their Liver among other things.
If you don't like curry, you'll probably hate the taste of it in general, and you'll probably want to stick with capsules of it to prevent tasting it. Also, if you are buying Turmeric from the grocery store, you're not going to get as much benefit as you would from a health food store or supplement company... grocery stores typically use a high heat process on their herbs, and that removes most of the nutritional benefits from the herb (only leaving the spicy taste).

I just use it to add flavor to my rice. It works great. If you don't like the taste of Curry, then give yourself some time & eventually, the taste will be easier to accept. I couldn't imagine taking it by the teaspoon full...yeech! Fresh garlic is also very good for you along with the curry/tumeric. I buy the the Hot & Spicy variety from India. It's a bright golden yellow color & it stains your clothing permanently, so wear an apron when using.

good but this is just 10% of total benefits mentioned above. on search engine just type:

termeric benefits

and go various sites and u will require 4 to 5 hours of learning.
