Acupuncture is hundreds of years old - chinese medicine that is very effective when administered!. i had acupuncture for 3-4 years and believe me it works!. it has a very calming effect on the body and works on pain and other maladies in your body!. i referred to is as my drug of choice and each time i had to have it done, it was the greatest time in my life!. i referred to it as bringing joy to me because i felt greater that ever each time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Acupuncture is incredible!. It is 2500+ years old and a very holistic way to heal!. I had a work injury in which I hurt my mid/lower back and was able to get acupuncture treatment for healing!. It is a very relaxing experience and I believed so much in it that I was seriously considering going into acupuncture!. While my injury didn't go away completely, it did promote healing and relaxation in my body!. I have heard incredible stories from people I know that have had their problems go away with acupuncture treatment!.
Don't be afraid of the needles!. I heard an acupuncturist speak today and he recommends his patients to practice deep breathing or meditation while they are having a treatment to get the most of the experience!.

Yes, I did have acupuncture!. I was a little nervous the first time, but it was very relaxing and it helped a little but only had a few sessions!. What do you have to lose nothing I would recommend it highly !. I tryed it for back and leg pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
