I think I've developed an herbal laxative dependency...Help!?!

Question: I think I've developed an herbal laxative dependency!.!.!.Help!!?
For the last couple of years I have regularly taken cascara sagrada then switched to herbal laxative teas which contain senna to ensure regular bowel movements!. My new doctor has had me stop taking them and switch to Mirolax!. The only problem is that even with the Mirolax, I have become extremely constipated and am becoming frustrated!. I am drinking tons of fluids: tea, water, coffee, prune juice and eating a lot of fruit but nothing seems to be helping!.
I am scared that my intestines have become dependent on the herbs!. There is a lot of info available about what causes this dependency, but I am not finding any solutions!. I do not want to return to the herbs!. Is there any way to facilitate my intestines to contract on their own again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
2 things that have helped me before:

Citricel - - a fiber laxative (which really isn't a laxative)!. It is mixed with orange juice, then follow it with an additional glass of water!. Do this 2-3 times a day until you get normal and then once a day!. It is sold in containers in the laxative section of the store!. It just adds needed fiber to your daily diet!.

Activia Yogart - sold in the dairy section!. Eat at least one serving a day!. They guarantee results in 2 weeks or less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
