Also, if you are in good shape, take a multi vitemen regularly anyway, you won't get as sick and will recover sooner too!. Health foods can be anywhere and anything!. Science has found that chicken soup really is good for a cold!. Eating fresh fruits and veggies can keep your insides regular!.
