No, but fish oil ,two pills in the morning, two at noon and two at night for a couple of days!. then back off to just four pills a day!. Eat more fiber in your diet!. fresh fruits and Vegetables!.

My constipation was cured by changing to a vegan and fish diet!.!.I think it was getting rid of dairy that did it !. I did not increase fiber as suggested!.!.I change in diet is probably required!. Try vegan for a week!. There is also digestive enzymes
