I think the Flora Multicaps multivitamin/mineral supplement is great because it is very balanced and a vegetartian formula!. Udo's Choice essential fatty acid supplements are also very high quality and usually something most people would benefit from taking (but talk to your doctor or nutritionist first)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like GNC!. They just make me feel better when I take them, it's hard to explain!. I guess it could be psychological, but I don't get it from the drugstore brands!.
