Question: Holistic Therapy career or Physical Therapy!? Thanks for your opinion and point of view of both!!?

Answers:
The careers are vastly different!. Holistic therapy is based a lot on theory, is highly unregulated and includes a variety of "techniques" including Reiki, aromatherapy and massage, etc!. It is unscientific and the requirements can "certify" almost anyone who takes a few classes!. Jobs are going to be limited, especially with the failing economy as people will have less discrentionary spending available!. I would say pay is highly variable and dependent on your market!.

Physical therapy is a career that continues to back its practice with scientific studies and is quickly weeding out the techniques that are not!. It is a licensed profession that requires at least a masters or doctorate level degree in the US!. The education is regulated and monitored by CAPTE!. Since most PT services are covered by insurance, the job market is stable and is not dependent on discretionary income!. The bls predicts the PT job market to grow much faster than average!. Pay is comfortable!.!.!.median salary is about $66,000Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go for the PT ,it's a lot easier to get a job and better pay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

What do you mean by holistic therapy!? That is too broad a category and could include any of the following : Naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, psychotherapy, any of 250 different types of massage!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
