The beauty of natures natural gift (herbs, teas, plants!.!.ect) is that there are usually know drawbacks!. Of course, such as green tea, if you were consuming too much then the caffeine it contains could be bad for your health!. Too much garlic could cause problems with your digestive tract but thats only if you are literally consuming A LOT of it in one day!. Anyways thats the only drawbacks I can think of and found on the internet!. On the other hand, the benefits of lemon grass, green tea, and garlic is endless!. Here I have listed a brief description of the benefits that they provide for your body!.

Lemon grass: cleanses the liver, pancreas, kidney, bladder, and the digestive tract!. It lowers levels of cholesterol, excess fats, and other toxins in the body while helping digestion!. Lemon grass also improves the skin by reducing acne and pimples!. An easy way to use it is by boiling some lemon grass leaves and drinking the liquid!.

Green tea: There are so many benefits that green tea can provide mainly because of the high amounts of antioxidants it contains which has been linked to the prevention of cancer!. Basically, antioxidants are substances that protect your cells against the effects of free radicals!. Free radicals can damage cells, and can cause heart disease, cancer and many other diseases!. Green tea provides your body with lot's of antioxidants which are important in the prevention of these diseases!. Oh yeah, green tea has been linked to weight loss!. Garlic: Like green tea, garlic also contains antioxidants, so of course like green tea, its important in the prevention of many diseases and keeping your cells healthy!. The benefits of using them as a medicine is that they're harmless and should produce no side affects!. The down side is they're not realy a medicine and have no specific purpouse, they're just good healthy thinks to consume though so still include them in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

as a medicine for what!? without knowing, nobody can answer properly!. there food items are not actually medicine at all!.

if you use them in everyday life, thye will have no bad effect!. garlic is a good source of antioxidants, it is anti fungal and anti inflammatory - no excess will hurt you (dont take the pills), tho u will stink pretty bad if u od! green tea can stimulate the metabolism by 3
