Or repair the damage after having a cigarette!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No!. Green tea sadly isn't the miracle cure to counteract the damaging effects of habitual tobacco smoking!. It would be great if you could smoke daily all you wanted of the finest tobacco and enjoy the relaxation of a plesant smooth smoke without having to worry about all the negative health issues caused by the activity!. But we can't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing green tea does for you is speed up ur metabolism and allows your liver to work faster and better!. nothing can reverse smokingWww@Answer-Health@Com

No!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They just say it might have anti cancer benefits because people of the far east who smoke alot dont have a early death rate because they consume alot of green tea!. ill tell you what green tea definitely did for me was lower my cholesterol thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've found some articles on this, not sure if it counteracts but it's better than not drinking any green teaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Think about it -
Smoke gets inhaled into the lungs!.

Tea is ingested into the stomach!.

There is nothing medicinal about tea that will go into your lungs and remove the tar and other crap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can take green tea until it is coming out your nose and it will have no effect on smoking damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Green tea, or all true teas from the tea-plant, have antioxidants that help to combat or prevent cancer!. While drinking tea promotes well-being, it doesn't help to repair damages done by smoking!. The best way is to quit and stay clear from smoke!. If you have been smoking for a number of years, your lungs will be rather blacken by tar now so it doesn't matter if you supplement your health with green tea for effects of smoking will not be reversed although it's better than not taking any antioxidants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have to agree with most of the answers you received!. Although green tea and antioxidants in general are very good for your health, it doesn't mean that you can continue smoking and take loads of antioxidants thinking the smoking isn't having a bad effect on your body!.

In saying that if you're not going to quit smoking you might as well change the other parts of your lifestyle that you are willing to change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
