-sticky notes (remove the glue part,unless you want the glue to help keep it together!.!.!.!.and maybe get a little buzzed)

-envelope paper

only smoking papers are good for you!. you don't know what chemicals or ink are in other paper materials around the house!. use tinfoil fold it into a pipe and do it that way or use a pop can, make a dent in the middle and pokes some holes in the dent and do it that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
