I'm really congested?!

Question: I'm really congested!?
I have a cold and no nyquil!. Any home remedies that you know of!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Chicken soup is excellent for helping congestion!. Also, avoid dairy products!.
Try inhaling hot steam or using a vapour rub to help clear sinuses!. To remove chest congestion try this: spoonful of honey, generous squeeze of lemon, pinch of tumeric, half a small clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp of ginger, sprinkle of cayenne pepper - cover with boiling water and drink!. Its quite bitter but its brilliant - makes u feel better in no time!. If you dont have all of the above ingredients just work with what you have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Hydrogen Peroxide(3% Pharmacy Grade)!. It is dirt cheap!. You can buy it at the Chemist!. Checkout this site for the uses of HP:

After you've bought the HP pour a few capfuls into a glass and then add the same volume of water!. Then, using an eyedropper or a Vick inhaler breath in the HP solution, wait a while, and then blow your nose thoroughly!. The HP kills bacteria and viruses and also breaks down to supply oxygen in the nose!.You can use HP against yeast and thrush, as a mouthwash, skin cleanser and antiseptic and for alkalizing!.

What really helps me is exercise!. You might feel like not doing it, but it clears it up and makes you feel better!. Do something simple like 50 jumping jacks or dance to a few songs!. It shouldn't be too extreme!. Just something small!.

When you exercise, your body temperature rises!. Your body does the same thing to kill bacteria or viruses!. This is why you get a fever!. Exercising helps your body kill off the germs since it raises the temperature!.

The other thing I suggest is honey or breathing in the smell of onions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
