Question: Do you drink your own urine!?
Im serious, people drink there own urine for better health!. Just look at this site www!.skepdic!.com/urine!.html, it talks about urine therapy!. So is their anyone out their that know about this and what do you think!? Or is there anyone that would!?!?

Urine is actually sterile!.!.!.it is completely safe to drink!. It consists of water and nitrogen waste, in the form of urea, as well as any other water soluble waste products filtered by the kidney!. If you drank nothing but urine you would die of kidney failure and dehydration!.

I know the practice existed and currently exists with some people!. I don't see how it could be of any benefit since it's already been through your body once and is just basically waste product!.
