It would be easier to answer this question if I knew your age and weight, but here are some general one size fits all recommendations:
Garlic is your best friend when it comes to blood pressure, and Garlic Oil is readily available to you from your local health food store!. It will also help to keep the 'flu away!. Garlic is a blood pressure balancer and Garlic Oil means you can take it without the bad breath!.

Fish Oil is an anti-inflammatory that thins the blood, so take at least 4 caps daily!.

Now this being said high blood pressure is most commonly caused by a high carb diet!. Do you eat a lot of bread, pasta, etc!.!.
