How to dry brush skin???!


Question: How to dry brush skin!?!?!?
my naturopath recommended i dry brush my skin, and she told me to start at my feet and work my way up in circular motions!.

i have been dry brushing almost everyday for a month now, and am never quite sure if i am doing it right!. can anyone give me descriptive directions on how to dry brush!?!? links would be great too!.

also, i've heard that it's great for cellulite!. how long before i see results!?

Dry skin brushing ~ it feels fantastic!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i do it once a day for around 5 minutes before my shower !.!. Dry skin brushng helps remove dead skin cells and increase cell renewal!. Your skin excretes more than 900 grams of waste each day and absorbs air and sunshine!. Your skin breathes ! yet, in most people, this vital route of detoxification is operating far below its capacity, because it's clogged with so many dead skin cells and the waste excreted from perspiring!.

Dry skin brushing is a simple, inexpensive way of removing this waste from your skin and breaking down old toxic deposits through its action on your lymph vessels andcapillaries!.

~ Use a soft bristle brush made with natural vegetable fibres, any good health food store or body shop should be able you;

~ Skin - brush before showering or bathing at least once per day and twice if possible;
