Has anyone experienced KTS chiropractics vs the good ole traditional way?!

Question: Has anyone experienced KTS chiropractics vs the good ole traditional way!?
I'm seeing a KTS chiropractor!. He somehow manipulates your bones with a clicking pointer thing instead of cracking you the way a traditional chiropractor does!. So far, I think he is helping me!. But I don't hear the bones cracking like I'm used to!. Hmmmm!.!.!.!.!.I would love to hear if the KTS doctor helped you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you percieve benefit from the care you are getting, then continue!. There are many ways to get a job done and the newer more refined methods can be just as good and in many cases better than the traditional "wrack em, crack em" methods!.

I think you mean the Koren Specific Technique!. You need to be on guard for any chiropractor that practices one specific technique or method!. Especially if it is non manipulative!. You also have to understand that symptoms normally wax and wane!. It is easy to think you are feeling better!. I have examined the Koren technique and I feel there are much better ways to go!. Many of the applications it uses are implausible!. It is being used by many chiropractors that are not really that adept at traditional spinal adjusting and manipulation!. Any time you apply forces to the body you may get some mechanical change!. The problem is that the intersegmental dysfunction that the spine usually has is not reducable without traditional manipulation or mobilzation methods!. The instrument that is being used on you is called an arthrostim!. It is a good instrument when used in combination with standard manipulative/adjusting procedures!. I do not want to be hurtful but why don't you try asking chiropractors in practice for 20 years or more what they think about it!? Also remember that the method is not taught in the chiropractic colleges in the core classes!. The schools know what works!. I would ony recommend going to a DC that uses traditional manipulative methods!. Many combine instrument methods!. They do both!. So I am trying not to be harsh or knock anyone but!. Use common sense!. Do you really think that machine moves bones!? I know the chiro has Dr in front of his name and all and has a nice office!. But again I ask you!. Do you in your rational mind think that that little clicker can loosen and move a bone!? I would find the best bone manipulator I could and go to them!. What you want in a doctor is someone not locked in a system but someone who can do what it takes to fix you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
