Although I'm no longer a big drinker, there has been research proving that light to moderate drinkers (1 to 2 drinks max a day) have a longer life!.

The recommendation of having a glass of red wine is largely because of an antioxidant found inside called resveratrol!.

Feel free to send me a message!.

From Wikipedia:

"The cardiovascular effects of consistent, moderate alcohol intake are perhaps the most studied and the most widely-accepted!. The World Health Organization Technical Committee on Cardiovascular Disease asserted that the relationship between moderate alcohol consumption and reduced death from heart disease could no longer be doubted!.[17] Consumption of red wine may be particularly favourable, since red wines contain certain polyphenol antioxidants associated with cardiovascular health!. One study determined that the potential long-term benefits of moderate alcohol consumption on cardiovascular health surpassed all other factors except the cessation of smoking!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

yep, wine with dinner makes you live longer-life is short, live it up!. We need a little time to ourselves to relax and socialize after work, and if a glass of wine helps, so be it!.
Barbara Walters just did a special on how to live longer, apparently they have traced a very powerful antioxidant to red wine and are looking to isolate it and get it into pill form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are no health benefits!. all alcohol does is alter your thinking and causes you to get into too much trouble!. drugs have no health benefits either!. eat healthy foods and just worry about that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
